If there is a God, then why do good people suffer from horrible diseases / illnesses which are untreatable [and eventually die from them]?

There is always a good reason for everything to happen..only God knows.
leave everything to Him
yah, sometimes we (humans) dont have to know every ‘why’ we can find. Life will be easier, i reckon.
Science is the God. The God you are talking about only exists in Christians’ imagination.
sometimes, it’s just part of trials and tribulations to see if one’s steadfast enough…
anoy: since when science is the God? and God doesn’t only exists in Christian’s imagination. all other faith have too.
Read
Romans 12:2 - God’s will and test
Hebrews 11:6 - Faith?
Romans 4:20-21 - Faith.
John 5:24 - His promise
Hope it help…
I very sure there is a God. I don’t know you’ve read this before or not…
God has not promised sky always blue,
… God has not promise sun without rain
Joy without sorrow, peace without pain
But God has promised strength for the day
rest for the labor, light for the way,
Grace for the trials, help from above,
unfailing sympathy, undying love.
‘When God brings you to it, He will bring you through it.’
I believe there’s no good people or bad people in God’s eyes, all are the same cos all is His children. Nothing we do is going to make Him love us more, and nothing we do is going to make Him love us less. He loves us just the same.
Take care. =)
