What the Lady Wants
She is happy when surrounded by books books books.
And so she went traipsing down to Expo for the MPH sale which saw her grabbing some 30++ books and then realizing that they were too heavy for her to lug around [or pushed around in a box for that matter] and way over budget, thus she reluctantly gave up some of the more trashy romance-filled, less intellectual reads. Ahem.
Thereafter she was joined by her very tired overworked sweetie and it was shopping madness at Wisma where they raced against time to find the perfect “on sale” top; a twisted amazing race of sorts.
3 hours later and noticeably less cash in the wallets, it was home sweet home, the books in the car boot and the tops left untouched in pretty paper bags, and darkness gladly took over.
