    Yes, fierce out of concern.

    haha guess i’m influenced by mum. My mum wld kick up a storm whenever my siblings and i use the word “swear” even for a rare moment. She kept harping on it never to use the word “swear” unless it is for official or public promise like in a court of law. It is just not good seriously.

    Hina, yes different meanings but look at starmist’s sentence, it is even more different. Instead, it is better to say “I believe and can that i will do better!” and as for the other “For sure…my insecurity will be my downfall..”.

    So ppl, don’t ever use the word “swear”.

    Starmist..insecurity…hmmm..maybe this or this :

    1Peter 5:7 or 2 Thess 3:3 or Prov 3:5-6 will help..

    We can always share our prayer requests anytime and keep one another in prayer since we r all sis-in-Christ. (:

    angie, actually i don’t normally like to use ’swear’ too. but…
    hvnt read those verses yet.. 1 Peter’s familiar though. keke.
